When You reached in hospital,then Consult yourself from the opthlamologist

After that patient are send to TPA Department for pre approval letter

If you have any queries regarding your policy ask to the officer and know your policy details and package details

After Clearing Your Queries You need to fill the Preauth.Form Of your TPA Along with required documents

If Patient Having History of Diabeties And Hyper tension Then 1st do pathology investigation and take a MD Physician Fitness Report For the Surgery which advised. And

After that confirm your operation date with Hospital TPA Department.then Your Preauth. Form will be Send.

After All the above procedure,when hospital received an provisional approval from your TPA, then single acknoledgement will send from hospital to patient
